I am Nimrod Malinas and my journey began in the distribution of coating paint sprayers, where I witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by clients: the difficulty in finding specialized personnel, rising labor costs, and health hazards from respiratory issues.
This sparked a realization: "When workers are scarce, robots can bridge the gap." However, many clients lacked the capital for robot investments.
This insight inspired the concept of a robot subscription service, where clients pay a monthly fee equivalent to a robot's salary. Thus, Robonnement was born — a startup that achieved over €10 million in sales after its first year.
But our vision extends beyond financial success. In 2024, we initiated the development of a robot platform connecting manufacturers and integrators with owners and users. This platform aims to revolutionize work in the coming decades, making a significant impact on how we envision labor.
