Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems using TwinCAT and/or TIA Portal.
- Work extensively with Beckhoff PLC systems, including their configuration and optimization.
- Design and maintain robust safety systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Integrate and manage industrial communication protocols, such as EtherCAT and PROFINET.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions tailored to project needs.
- Perform diagnostics, debugging, and testing to ensure reliability, efficiency, and high performance of systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience programming PLC systems, particularly with TwinCAT and/or TIA Portal.
- Strong expertise in Beckhoff automation solutions.
- Deep understanding of safety systems in an industrial automation environment.
- Practical knowledge of industrial communication protocols, including EtherCAT and PROFINET.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and detailed documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or formal training in PLC programming or industrial automation.
- Experience with additional programming tools and platforms used in industrial environments.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale automation projects.
